He is viewed as both a goofball and a bit of a slacker, but most people - including Goody Spinner - find him pretty charming. His intense curiosity, however, often leads him to investigate places that are off-limits, earning him the annoyance of Sheriff Lot. He's a friendly and exuberant young man who's sure to have a bright and exciting future. He has lived in Ashbrook for at least 5 years.
The details of Hikaru's duties at work and the extent of his trespassing are yours to decide!
